At La Trinidad we are helping to establish a missional training center that will equip and mobilize Latino leaders for East Houston and beyond.  Our training model follows a dynamic, three-step process. Our goal is to invite participants into a life-changing journey that guides them from personal transformation to multiplication — from calling to commissioning. Recently we launched a learning community for students who want to pursue a Certificate or Diploma through ThirdMill Institute.

Missional Disciple

Step One is about rediscovering our identity as God’s missionary people and becoming practitioners who live for His glory.

Missional Servant-Leader

Step Two is for those already investing in others, helping them become and grow as disciple-makers to effectively lead others. 

Church-Planter / Pioneer

Step Three is designed to further equip missional leaders and serve as a launching platform for new churches and kingdom initiatives.
